We're not even sure if Dime realized how popular his model would become. This guitar is a special edition to celebrate over ten thousand razorbacks made and sold within its short time on the market - quite a feat for such a specialized instrument.
Dime's surviving family wanted Dean to do a guitar with a "skid plate" design, so they have put it together with the usual Licensed Floyd Rose and Dimebucker combination with the addition of the Grady Champion-approved, USA-made Dean Dime Time neck pickup. Grady was Dime's longtime guitar tech and certainly knew how a pickup should sound!
